With the addition of the YSI 111-1
Piercing Tipped pH probe, the
pH100 is capable of reading pH
in more than just water. Wineries
know the importance of a good
grape. Only the best grapes
make the best wine and the
pH100 ensures the grapes are
used at the right time. The pH100
with the 111-1 enables pH measurements to be taken in the field, pierced directly
into the grape while it's on the vine!
Of course, you could harvest the grapes first but there is no need to with the pH100. By accurately determining the pH of the grape, the winery can make an informed decision if the grapes are ready to be used in wine production. It also allows the winery to consistently make great tasting wine.
